Can a Lack of Sleep Set Back Your Child's Cognitive Abilities?
Interesting article about kids and the amount of sleep they need. It reinforces my belief that putting Big-B to bed at 7:30 every night is a good thing, especially when I read things like "A loss of one hour of sleep is equivalent to [the loss of] two years of cognitive maturation and development".
In fact, after reading this article, I probably need to reevaluate my own sleep habits!
